iShares S&P 500 Swap UCITS ETF USD (Acc) - IE00BMTX1Y45 (the "New Shares")

The shares are already listed on the Official List of the UKLA. Dealing in the New Shares commenced on the main market of the London Stock Exchange today.

iShares VI plc (the "Company") is an open-ended investment company with variable capital and having segregated liability between its funds incorporated with limited liability in Ireland under registration number 506453.
