The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 28 September 2020 it purchased 460,815 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 59.39 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 118,661,711 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, with voting rights.
