In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 28 August 2020, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 222,214,777 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The increase from 222,212,847 Ordinary 50p shares on 28 August 2020 is due to the issue of 1,930 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
