Grant of Options

Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, announces that further to the announcement made on 7 October 2019, it granted the second tranche of options to subscribe for one million ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr Pascal Faucher yesterday, with an exercise price of 51.05p per Ordinary Share, being the closing price of an Ordinary Share on 2 October 2020.

All other terms of the grant remain in line with that stated in the 7 October 2019 announcement.
