The Directors of the Company wish to advise you that the index tracking investment strategy (and therefore the investment policy) of the Fund will be changed from non-replicating to replicating with effect from 27^th October 2020.

A new version of the Company prospectus will be published on or around the effective date, subject to Central Bank of Ireland approval.

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
