Announcement of publication of the text of the CMA's Decision.

The CMA has published the text of its two decisions on the completed acquisition by Ardonagh Group Limited (Ardonagh) of Bennetts Motorcycling Services Limited (Bennetts) that (i) the merger will be referred to Phase II unless Ardonagh offers appropriate undertakings, and that (ii) the CMA is considering whether, instead of making a reference to Phase II, to accept appropriate undertakings from Ardonagh to address the competition concerns arising from the merger. These decisions can be found on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases.
