The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the following merger to a Phase 2 investigation under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002:

Anticipated acquisition by Sinch Holding AB of the SAP Digital Interconnect Unit from SAP SE

The text of this decision will be placed on the Competition and Markets Authority's website as soon as is reasonably practicable.
