Issue of Equity

On 06 November 2020, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 130,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 49,128,989 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 16,815,011 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 06 November 2020 at a price of 532.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
