Notification of Interests

The Company was notified on 11th November 2020 by the Trustee of the Vistry Group Employee Trust (the "Trust") that the Trust had purchased 210,139 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company on 10th November 2020 at a price of £7.0955 per share, for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Vistry Group Long Term Incentive Plan.

The Executive Directors and certain PDMRs of Vistry Group PLC are potential beneficiaries under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

Following this transaction, a total of 901,933 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the Trust.
