Issue of Equity

On 18 November 2020, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 16,948,260 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 500,000 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 18 November 2020 at a price of 1481.5p per share.
