RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 18^th November 2020, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 6,860 Ordinary Shares at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,614,014 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,026,324.
