Close Brothers Group plc the 'Company') announces that on 23 November 2020 it transferred 10,182 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 1,234 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,456,336 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,603,954 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
