Notice of Annual General Meeting

iShares VII plc ("the Company") would like to clarify that its 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the offices of BlackRock, 1^st Floor, 2 Ballsbridge Park, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland on 11^th December 2020 will take place at 11.00a.m., rather than at 10.30a.m. as previously announced on 30^th October 2020.

As explained in the AGM notice dated 30^th October 2020, please note that only the registered shareholder is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting (or any adjournment thereof). As sub-funds in the Company use the International Central Securities Depositary (ICSD) model of settlement and Citivic Nominees Limited is the sole registered shareholder of shares in the sub-funds under the ICSD settlement model, investors in the sub-funds should submit their voting instructions through the relevant ICSD or the relevant participant in an ICSD (such as a local central securities depositary, broker or nominee). If any investor has invested in a sub-fund through a broker/dealer/other intermediary, the investor should contact this entity to provide voting instructions.
