Issue of Equity

On 24 November 2020, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 17,073,260 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 375,000 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 24 November 2020 at a price of 1475p per share.
