Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 27 November 2020 it allotted 392,558 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 178.01p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend re-investment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 3 December 2020. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The terms and conditions of the dividend re-investment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website http://amatiglobal.com/amat_literature.php.

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 116,121,729.
