RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on Friday, 27^th November 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 5,239 Ordinary Shares at prices between €20.825 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 14,605,799 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,034,539.
