Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that, as at 30 November 2020, its issued share capital consists of 124,571,534 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. There are no shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 124,571,534.

The above figure of 124,571,534 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
