RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 2^nd December 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 10,218 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.19 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 14,595,581 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,044,757.
