Scrip Dividend Election Price

In connection with the scrip dividend offer made in respect of the dividend for the quarter ended 30 September 2020, of EUR 0.018 per ordinary share (Regular Dividend) and EUR 0.018 per ordinary share (Special Dividend), the Company announces that the scrip dividend election price will be EUR 0.6829 per ordinary share.
