Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 16 December 2020 it purchased 259,692 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 57.66 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 126,336,620 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
