The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 16 December 2020 it purchased 336,200 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 66.56 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 118,325,511 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, with voting rights.
