RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 16^th December 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 1,255 Ordinary Shares a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £20.11 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 14,589,207 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,051,131.
