Issue of Equity

On 23 December 2020, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 237,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 52,268,831 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 13,675,169 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 23 December 2020 at a price of 489.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
