Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 24 December 2020 it purchased 6,680 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 3,396.2p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,036,320 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (14,036,320 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
