RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 6^th January 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,179 Ordinary Shares at prices between €20.825 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £20.11 and £20.83 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,082,982 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,057,356.
