The Company announces that on 8 January 2021, it purchased 131,796 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, ex dividend, representing approximately 0.09% of the issued share capital at a price of 174.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 144,830,228 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
