iShares VII plc (the "Company")

iShares Core MSCI EMU UCITS ETF, iShares MSCI EMU Small Cap UCITS ETF (together the "Share Classes").

The board of directors of iShares VII plc wishes to inform shareholders of the intention to cancel the (EUR) currency lines on the London Stock Exchange from the Share Classes as outlined in the table below. Other currency trading lines of the Share Classes on the London Stock Exchange will remain unaffected, and removal of the (EUR) trading line will not result in a delisting of the Share Classes. The cancellations will take effect on or around 9 February 2021.
