The Company announces that on 15 January 2021 it purchased 7,137 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 3,840.33p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,029,183 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (14,029,183 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
