Committee Changes

20 January 2021 - Glanbia plc ("Glanbia", the "Company" or "plc"), the global nutrition group, announces the following Committee chair changes:

·    Jane Lodge, Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Donard Gaynor as Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee effective 1 March 2021; and

·    Donard Gaynor, Group Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Dan O'Connor as Chairperson of the Nomination and Governance Committee effective immediately.

Following the changes noted above, the Committees will comprise only Independent Non-Executive Directors and the Committee membership will be as follows:
