Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company annouces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of convening an extraordinary general meeting to approve the change of the benchmark index of the Sub-Fund as set out below, and therefore the investment objective and policy of the Sub-Fund contained in the supplement (the "EGM"). Subject to receipt of the approval of the regulator and the Registered Shareholder, the change will take effect on 22 February 2021.

The EGM will be held at the registered office of the Company located at 6^th Floor, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland on 5 February 2021 at 2.00 p.m (Irish Standard Time).

The shareholder notification also informed the Registered Shareholder of the following change to the Sub-Fund's Total Expense Ratio ("TER") which will take effect on 22 February 2021:
