Issue of Equity

On 25 January 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 17,313,260 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 135,000 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 25 January 2021 at a price of 1655p per share.
