Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 29 January 2021 it purchased 4,665 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 3,845.36p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,024,518 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (14,024,518 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
