Clayton Silver Project Drill Core Samples

Sunrise Resources plc has received a number of shareholder enquiries regarding the delay to the announcement of drill core assay results from the drill programme carried out at its Clayton Silver Project in November 2020.

The assay results have not yet been received by the Company and it has been advised by the independent laboratory carrying out the assay work that the laboratory is continuing to work through a large backlog of samples, as originally advised by the Company in its announcement of 9 November 2020, caused by the confluence of high demand for its services, and staff absenteeism due to Covid-19.

The laboratory has indicated that results may not be available to the Company before the end of this month.

The Company will release the results as soon as they become available as is its normal practice for all material assay, analytical and test results.

This announcement contains inside information as defined in Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
