Issue of Equity

On 8 February 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 225,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 55,768,831 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 10,175,169 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 8 February 2021 at a price of 572.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
