iShares VII plc (the "Company")

The Directors of iShares VII plc wish to announce an update regarding the cancellation of a currency lines from the London Stock Exchange of the following sub-funds:

iShares Core MSCI EMU UCITS ETF, iShares MSCI EMU Small Cap UCITS ETF (together the "Share Classes").

The (EUR) currency lines on the London Stock Exchange from the Share Classes as outlined in the table below have been cancelled. Other currency trading lines of the Share Classes on the London Stock Exchange will remain unaffected, and removal of the (EUR) trading line will not result in a delisting of the Share Class.
