Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has entered into a one year unsecured revolving credit facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited ("RBSI") for £5 million for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective. This is in addition to the existing £5 million unsecured fixed rate term loan to 10 February 2022 with RBSI.
