The Company announces that on 10 February 2021, it purchased 180,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital at a price of 186 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 144,650,228 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
