RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 17^th February 2021, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 1,024 Ordinary Shares at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,073,153 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,067,185.
