CHANGES TO THE SUPPLEMENT

Notice of the changes that will take effect as at the date the revised Supplement is noted by the Central Bank.

1.   We are introducing disclosure language into the Supplement relating to use of increased diversification limits in the following fund. In order for the Fund to track the relevant Index accurately, the Fund will make use of the increased diversification limits available under Regulation 71(1) of the UCITS Regulations. These limits permit the Fund to hold positions in individual constituents of the relevant Index issued by the same body of up to 20%.

•           ISIN: IE00BYTRRH56 - SPDR MSCI World Utilities UCITS ETF

2.   The following Funds will make use of the increased diversification limits available under Regulation 71(2) of the UCITS Regulations, to hold a position of up to 35% of the Fund's Net Asset Value in constituents of the Index issued by the same body, where the issuer represents an unusually large portion of this market measured by the relevant Index.  The relevant Funds are listed below and the relevant issuer has been included in brackets.

•           ISIN: IE00BWBXMB69 - SPDR S&P U.S. Utilities Select Sector UCITS ETF (NextEra Energy Inc)

•           ISIN: IE00BKWQ0H23 - SPDR MSCI Europe Health Care UCITS ETF (Roche Holdings AG)

•           ISIN: IE00BKWQ0P07 - SPDR MSCI Europe Utilities UCITS ETF (Iberdrola SA)
