Third quarterly interim dividend

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc has declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.925p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2021, which will be paid on 24 March 2021 to shareholders on the register on 5 March 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 4 March 2021.
