KRM22 announces partnership with Kintail Consulting

KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM.L) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, is pleased to announce a partnership with Kintail Consulting, a business offering consulting services in strategy creation, execution and organisational transformation, to address the critical area of People and Culture Risk in capital markets.

The industry and regulators have recognised that people and culture are core to the operation of an effective open transparent market.  Much has been done to focus minds of executives on the challenges through both regulation and the adoption of good business practices.

The scope of the challenge is extensive as systems and processes have been established over years often within siloed departments.  In line with KRM22's mission to bring increased transparency and lower cost risk management to capital market organisations, the partnership with Kintail Consulting will focus on bringing together the multitude of strands into a single integrated Risk Cockpit based on KRM22s existing offering.  This will allow Human Resources professionals to have a holistic view of all People and Culture objectives, initiatives, operational processes and risk including oversight across compliance obligations.

Kintail Consulting was established in 2012 to help organisations achieve success through the continued development of leadership and a culture that reflects the organisations vision and values.  They believe that the management of People and Culture risk is a key component in ensuring organisational success.

Kintail Consulting is led by Chris Cherrington who has provided years of Management and Leadership advice to leading capital markets institutions.  Chris's experience is wide ranging, from leading teams on operations in the military to leading culture change initiatives in many organisations.

Keith Todd CBE, Executive Chairman and CEO of KRM22 plc commented: "People make or break businesses and in today's highly regulated world it is even more important that a systematic holistic approach to people and culture risk is adopted.  Chris Cherrington has an insight second to none as a subject matter expert.  Together with our Risk Cockpit technology we can help firms have an immediate impact on the challenges and improve business performance."

Chris Cherrington commented: "I am excited by the opportunity to work with KRM22 to develop an integrated People and Culture risk management solution for HR professionals.  As we explore new ways of working together, in an increasingly complex environment, business success requires a proactive and coordinated solution to risk.  So now, perhaps more than ever, it is important that People and Culture risk management is at the top of the agenda."
