The Directors of BIH announce that further to the announcement on 4 March 2021, trading in the Company's 36,620,948 ordinary shares of £0.01 each has resumed effective from 7:30 a.m. today on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange's Main Market under the TIDM 'BIH'.

A further announcement regarding a fundraise will be made as appropriate in due course.
