The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 22,595,165.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 269,934,667 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 292,529,832. Each share has one voting right.
