This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of GAIL(India)Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 15^th March, 2021 to inter-alia, consider the recommendation of 2^nd Interim Dividend for FY 2020-21. For the purpose of payment of 2^nd Interim Dividend, if so approved by the Board, the "Record Date" will be Tuesday, 23^rd March, 2021. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 Trading Window shall remain closed for the period from 11^th March 2021 (Thursday) to 17^th March, 2021 (Wednesday)for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives for dealing in Securities of the Company.
