Invesco Markets II and Invesco Markets III plc

Dividend declaration

The Directors of Invesco Markets II plc have declared the following dividends for the first quarter of the financial year to 31 December 2021 and the Directors of Invesco Markets III plc have declared the following dividends for the second quarter of the financial year to 30 September 2021:

Announcement Date: 11^th March 2021

Ex-Dividend Date: 18^th March 2021

Record Date: 19^th March 2021

Payment Date: 22^nd March 2021

While the prospectus for Invesco Markets III plc states that dividends, if payable, are to be paid on the last business day of the month following the dividend announcement the dividends payable in this instance are to be paid on 22^nd March 2021, within two weeks of the Announcement Date. Any changes to future dividend payment dates will be notified in advance of the date on which dividends will be paid.
