The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 10 March 2021 it purchased 125,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 75.21 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 118,200,511 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
