RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on Friday, 19^th March 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 1,016 Ordinary Shares at prices of €23.39 and €24.24 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £20.11 and £20.83 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,991,153 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,149,185.
