Notice of AGM and the proposed appointment of non-executive Director

GlobalData, the global provider of data, analytics and insights announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 20 April 2021 at 10.00 a.m. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be held by video conference. This will safeguard our shareholders' and employees' health and make the Meeting as safe and as efficient as possible. At the meeting, the Board of Directors are delighted to be proposing the appointment of Elizabeth Pritchard as non-executive Director. Elizabeth is currently Founder of White Rock Data Solutions LLC and has held senior leadership roles with Goldman Sachs, AIG and Crux Informatics, with a career focus on data and the implementation of data strategies.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Elizabeth Pritchard is 61 years old. There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
