RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 14^th April 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 8,942 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £20.11 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 9,403,523 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,736,815.
