Issue of Shares

88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) has today issued 44,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a deemed issue price of A$0.022 per share in lieu of cash payments totalling A$968,000 to a contractor providing services during the Merlin-1 drilling operations.

Application will be made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 23 April 2021. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has a total of 12,566,090,431 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
